Guys....I almost shifted the other day. I freaked out. I JUST WANTED LUNA LOVEGOOD TO GIMME A KITH AUGHDJDALLD anyways- I've found that the Raven method isn't working that well for me, do you guys have any methods that do well?

personally i try not to focus on anything, not focusing on something like the method, i just do breathing exercises until i feel my body going numb and I don't try to stop myself from thinking, I let my thought go wild ahah!
and when i feel that my body is completely asleep, I then focus on shifting ❤

Due to the whole "wattpad hacker" that's been stealing accounts information and selling it on the black web, I will most likely delete my account. Unless I can be sure my account and personal information is safe, I will delete my account in 2-3 days. It's unfortunate but, I'm scared of the hacker's power. I don't want to be put into danger. ok so my bff has recently hasnt been texting me as much as she used to. which was a lot. and now she barely does. I want to ask her if there's anything wrong, but I'm scared I'm the problem. I don't want to lose literally the only close friend I have left. Literally over quarantine ive lost so many friends, and im really scared that it's gonna happen again. Idk what to do.

@LafLafLafLaf She responded back, and luckily it wasn't me that was the problem it was an issue with her and her boyfriend. They fixed that too, but she also was feeling down so she didn't be really feel like texting or doing anything online. Glad she's back to normal though :)
