@UrHoeseok  I usually use two different apps -Piccollage- its a really good app you can get different types of wallpapers and sayings , stickers and you can make effects for your things.
            -Phonto- has like a hundred different fonts u can use on your covers after you get the picture of it how you want you just add the title. 
            They're really good to use when you are writing on your phone and creating covers on your phone
            but if I'm to lazy to create some covers I just look for some on tumblr lol XD
