Hello, I'm sorry that it has taken so to reach out. Unfortunately a lot of personal things went wrong all at the same time, along with wrestling over whether wattpad was the right platform for the story (even though I can honestly say that it has had far more success than it had any right to for a first story) along with whether or not I should go back, increase the depth of the original story (such including more development of Wyena's time at the Academy or expand on the 2 years of Jake's development that  time skipped) then look to relaunch. At this point, I'm just not sure.

@BUrich121 I'm guessing that you either succumbed to covid or that you have moved to a different platform, since your writing is way too good for you to have just stopped.
          	  
          	  If you are still alive, there are a lot of people who would appreciate an update, even if it's just to say that you've moved on to a different platform, and which platform, or worse still that you have abandoned the story.

@BUrich121 Actually, the story was pretty good for a first story. I am in the process of writing one of my own, and it's not easy.

ive more to say but dont know how to put it in words. well jake really made me laugh and the plots from the 1st book got me hooked really. even got me pumped up for fights and discoveries there. you can do it. i dont think that wattpad is a bad choice to start your book because if it was maybe you wont get any comments and stars from the start. people appreciate your works and i hope you wont fail to surprise us one of these days.. good day ahead!

Crazy that this dude came out of nowhere, posted his first story to Wattpad, it did super well and was enjoyed by many, posted the beginnings of a sequel, and then just disappeared forever with literally nothing to even guess about why.

I just joined Wattpad recently. Most of the stories that I find or get recommended to me are not really something that I want to read. However, your story is great. I just started reading, but the character descriptions and the development is really good. It gives the story a good flow.

Hey dude I just wanted to say I hope you’re doing okay! It’s been a while since we’ve seen you and hope that’s just because life has gotten busy in a good way. 
          
          Hope you can come back to your writing when you’re ready and feel like it, if you’re never ready and don’t feel like it? Then so be it. Just hope you live a good life dude.
