@Bab3yBlu3Eyes supernatural! Or just like something with h&l and a haunted house. Not where one of them is a ghost tho. Maybe they can be roommates at an expensive uni with a haunted flat but cant afford to move anywhere else. You could have stiff happen like..hmm...One of them loosing their phone at a party, and giving up on finding it after a raspy voice answwrs the phone with a laugh that dies quickly to say Leave Now and hangs up, then they go home together and find the phone on the mantle..or..One of them gets sick and sleeps on the couch alone while the other goes to the store for medicine, and then he wakes up with a blanket on him and thanks the other only to hear them say they had not put that on them.. See the possibilities here ?? OR further along when theyre scared enough and share a bed, the phone rings in the night and is answered only to hear the voice of the other who they though was laying next to them but apparently it isnt! Just stuff like that - basement door always opening in the night, loud stomping sounds as if someone ran up to the front door and the other gets excited their home but opens the door to no one etc etc i have all kinds of ideas lol ...which wow didn't actually realize i wrote that much lol
