The world can breathe again 
          

I'm so heartbroken over Chadwick Boseman's passing. It's like we can't get a break. It was just absolutely jolting to hear someone say "Chadwick Boseman died." He was incredibly talented and a good human being. I can't even imagine what he went through.
          
          I'm so sorry that we had to lose you. Your legacy will live on, and you will always be remembered by your kindness, strength, your talent, and most importantly, your positive influence. 

I feel that it is important to make an announcement here for anyone to see regarding my Lord of the Rings story as I have recently learned of a developing issue.
          
          In my story, the characters mention "cottagecore," and I want to make it abundantly clear that I in no way support the current issue of fascists trying to claim the aesthetic. 
          
          Fascists, racists, transphobic and homophobic people, terfs, misogynists/sexists, and tradfem supporters are not welcome. 
          
          I support progressivism, I support trans people and LGBTQ+ people. I myself identify as Non-binary and Pansexual. 
          
          This is a safe space, and my story (and stories to come) will not in any way, shape, or form condone the oppression of people of color, LGBTQ+ people, and they will not condone forced gender roles. Misogyny has no place here, or anywhere. I believe in equality across all genders and races, there is no superior gender, nor is there a superior race. Oppressive beliefs are not welcome, oppressive behaviors are not tolerated. 
          
          I also support BLM. All Lives Matter when Black Lives Matter. 
          
          What the two main characters like in "cottagecore" is the deep appreciation of nature, traditional skills (i.e. baking, crafts, and cooking. Not traditional in the sense of outdated beliefs), and a focus around friendship. 
          
          So I sincerely hope that cottagecore remains a welcoming and open community for everyone. My final remarks are: trans women are women, trans men are men, love is love, and hate has no place here. 
          
          This may seem unnecessary for a story that doesn't even have many reads, but I still think it's important to acknowledge and make sure future readers know where I stand. 

I was manually cutting up one of my old journals for a few hours. I couldn't use the shredder so I used my scissors and my bare hands. Now, thanks to my genius idea, my hand is sore and in pain :)
          
          I can't write today is essentially what I'm saying. And it's too bad because, like, 10 pm to about 2 am are my prime writing hours. :'(

I just uploaded chapter 3 of my Fellowship of the Memes book! I've had it finished for a while, but with everything going on i just really struggled with wanting to do anything. 
          
          I hope everyone finds something that inspires them soon, and I hope to be a light in some very dark times.  ❤️

I know I don't have many readers yet, but I'm just putting this up at a psa that I'm going to be making my fellowship of the memes main character an oc rather than a self insert. Her name will change and that will be the only change I'll be making. I just assume any readers will just substitute their name for either character if they desire.
