I can’t help but envision a sequel to your story, “ The Giant.” With Sophia’s children. Specifically her daughters, and it emphasizes the suffering women had to endure in that time period. How they were just sold off like cattle. And we’re bound by “duty” to follow though with acts they did not want. Idk just an idea. 

I love your story, “The Giant,”. Have you ever seen Beauty and the Beast or heard songs from the musical? Look up the songs, “ If I Can’t Love Her,” and “Evermore” . Those songs remind me so much of Sophia and Drake!
