Hello to anyone out there. Long time, no see.
So I don't know how many people still use this site, let alone how many people still actively read anything, but I've been thinking about this for a while now and I think I'm finally going to go for it:
So after my senior year in high school, I nearly stopped writing as I got busy and more involved in college. I still had a desire to write and create stories, but I never took the time to write anything. In that time, however, I didn't completely give things up, and I've been thinking about some of the stories that I have worked on A LOT. That being said, so many of my ideas have gone through the wringer now, and I feel like I have been able to improve the characters and plots I had developed in middle/high school (at least I desperately hope so haha). All of this "planning" and "revision" has got me excited to write again, and I am finally starting to try to carve out a little time every now and then to write some.
That being said, this mostly pertains to the one story I was able to "finish" writing my freshmen year of high school- "To a New World". This story has changed so much since I first started to write it, and I am beyond excited to see where some of the new changes take me. With that in mind, I think I would like to start posting the chapters as I finish rewriting them to see what anyone's opinion might be if they happen to stumble across it. This process is probably going to be painfully slow, but this story has come leaps and bounds from where it started, and I am excited to share its progress with anyone that might be interested. The title will be changed to "What the Legend Promised", and as I SLOWLY write the new and improved chapters, I'll put them up. I have no idea if anyone out there is even interested, but this website was designed to share creativity with others, so I'm going to take a change and do that once again. Thank you to anyone who reads this, it really means a lot.
