I read your previous book... I didn't report but I'll be honest I was close. No, you were not promoting eating disorders BUT you are forcing yourself to be sick. I'm in the same predicament you were: 5ft5; 160 pounds. I had my fair share of self esteem issues but never once did I think starving myself was the solution. Or carving FAT into my leg... Does your boyfriend tell you your beautiful? He seems to really care about you... I don't think he wants to see you disappear into nothing. 135 pounds is the perfect weight for someone who is 5ft5. I strive to be that weight but I know that exercising and eating RIGHT is the best way to do that. I don't mean to come on to strong... its just that reading your ED Journal made me sad but also inspired to do something about those struggling. You are beautiful.... NO MATTER HOW YOU LOOK.
