@BananaMonkyWP make a merman one but they’re getting hunted so one of them dies cuz of the hunters in the end Or a man and a kelpie but the kelpie is nice and then it gets killed because it was mistook for a killer Maybe one of them is a wendigo and like they meet the character and they like fall in love but they are forced to take orders so they start like taking parts of themselves and saying it’s from the human and eventually it gives away its heart and then it died while the human has to watch What if (very cliche) a siren and a human sailor but the siren is killed in the end cuz yeah. (You can tell I love angst)
