I need some characters for a story, must be children no older then -12 no younger then 4, who have powers. Pokemon powers excluding arceus, xerneas, yvelta, celebi, Suicune, mew and Mewtwo, ho-oh victini, zygrade, diancia, hoopa, and giratina. Along with any electric legendary these are taken for main/main characters.  I'm looking for main/side characters can have up to three Pokemon on team to help character.
