Can someone PLEASE tell me if there's some type of Customer Service email I can use to get into contact with a Wattpad employee? I've submitted two report-tickets, one on May 2nd and the other I believe on May 10th, because they messaged me about my book being deleted for "violating community guidelines." I've gotten not so much as a PEEP, let alone any details on what exactly was wrong. It's been 21 days since the first ticket was submitted. The book has been up for about two years or so, so I don't know why all of a sudden it was deleted with not so much as a warning. I had to find out through a DM they sent me in APRIL. Any help is greatly appreciated.
