World building/Sky Color
The sky doesn't HAVE to be blue. It can be different. A few examples of causes:
Dust or gases in the air
Distance from light (The farther away the colder and darker the color)
Atmosphere Thickness (Theories may be conflicting)
The sky can even end up red. But, this will have effects on evolution, climate, inhabitants, and more. Breathing and Lifespan can be affected. Chances of disaster can be changed, too. Another reason is the type of star. O-type stars emit very purple light and are short lived, M-type red dwarf stars have reddish light, and all other stars in 400-40 nm range, like our star, have blue-purple lights. Most skies will be purple or blue. This can effect water, moon, cloud, and more appearances, change camouflage, plant colors, religion and etc. Other things can still affect these, like ground or soil type, so be careful.
Fun Fact:
If you trace Slenderman to his German orgins, (I'm serious look up der Grossman) he was originally a fairy. (Though a scary one. Look it up, I'm being completely serious.)
@TheWizardError Slenderman was based on a story meant to keep kids out of the woods. It being folklore, they used the oh so common fairy who does something no one knows to kids who enter woods without permission by taking them and also tapping on windows to lure kids up too late. Apparently, in some versions, those he takes follow him even in death.

The someone led the girl to the orphanage. But the girl was broken, could the person who led her there... Ever fix her? Or, would someone else come in and claim her for their own?

What freaked you out as a smol kiddo? For me it was "If Santa sees all what about bathrooms?" So how about you?
@BarkWolfBark I was scared to cry in front of others, I didn't want them to see I had emotions for them to hurt. I'm kinda getting over it, but it still freaks me out when people look at me for something like that
