          I woke up from a dream last night. In my dream, I had met a man. He was beautiful and we fell in love. Over the time we were dating, he began to resent me, pushing me away and declaring I was "disgusting". I am not sure what happened next, other than me being incredibly upset and relapsing. When I woke up, I had a sick, nauseous feeling in my stomach, and it has not gone away. Memory Recreation Dreams are some of my least favourites, as they feel retraumatising and mentally dehumanising, as if I am just a memory someone else will have, and I am not my own person. The cuts are physically there on my upper thigh, and I am here to tell you all that I will be taking a break. I don't have school for a week, so I will not be on my computer.
