Alr guys confession time.
I don't know how I feel about writing now.
I've had times where there's no plot or the canon plot of a fic takes a turn, and the fic goes up in flames.
I've had a situation where I was proud of my plot and things were actually going well, then real-word stuff messed things up.
I love writing. I think I always will. I love being able to create something in a way so many others can enjoy. But I feel like the fan-fiction route isn't working for me.
I started writing fanfics because I enjoyed certain characters, then because I wanted to write but struggled with original characters. But I've had side characters that y'all have enjoyed, so idk?
I'd like cold honest answers here.
If I were to write something original, something with my own characters, how likely would you be to read it? Because I get that it's often preferable to read something about characters you already know and love.
Just a thought for now, I do want to actually get around to rewriting Twice the Love once I've figured out what I'm doing, but I'd appreciate any and all input.
Thanks for sticking around :)
