So for an update on me since I haven’t been active on this account, my hair is slowly growing back in after completely losing every bit of hair on my body almost four years ago. I have patches of hair that is thick and dark at the back of my head measuring about 2 inches. My fingernails have since then been stronger than they use to be because they use to be real flimsy. Now they’re long and strong although my nailbeds on a couple of them aren’t the healthiest, but nothing a bit of biotin can’t help :). I’m beginning to see eyelash growth but they’re very tiny hairs that eventually fall out. My eyebrows are growing in but are very patchy, so I have to continue drawing them on (which I’ve gotten a hang of in order to make them look as realistic as possible. I use to draw them on so thick before. Super embarrassing *insert monkey covering its eyes emoji* lol). But yeah! I’m working on it! I’m going to focus on a protein diet and exercising, as well as my mental health because I feel like my mental health is going down hill at the moment. So I’ll be focused on that summer once school gets out for me (I get out May 17th since I’m a Senior in HS). Main priorities this summer: - Hair growth by focusing on protein diet - Mental health - Exercise

@Beautiful-Alopecia Have you considered Janus kinase inhibitors? They may help you grow your hair in and keep it for good. https://www.the-dermatologist.com/article/transforming-treatment-alopecia-areata
