Since I got a lot of my filming done on Thursday I think I might add a few clips into my show reel because I feel like this year's drama is the best that I've written so far.  I'll add those clips in then I shall show my lecturer and my peers to get my peer evaluation done then I am onto my third and final stage of my graded unit.  bring it on! 

Started and completed my showreel today. I feel like I haven't put that much effort into it but I have. I mean I completed one and absolutely hated it so I restarted it, getting slightly longer and more clips.  I'll need to show my  lecturer next week and hope it's good enough for a pass.  I'm worried the clips are too long and there isn't enough. I thought  five or six projects would be enough but I struggled with them. Hopefully I'll be able to add more arena improve it as time goes on. 

With everything going on right now,  I feel like I'm ready to started editing together my showreel.  I'm nervous and excited as this showreel is going to be used to get me places; like sending it off to production companies and individuals looking for someone off my skill set. I'll have ro make it the best that I xa and hopefully as the years go on, it'll improve vastly and I can eventually fade out the projects from college. I'm a little disappointed that my drama from this year won't make it into the final cut due to filming dates.  I feel this drama is my best script written yet.  

Been thinking about my showreel a lot recently. I have cone to the acceptance that it will not be as brilliant as those I have studied for this however thay is not stopping me from producing my showreel to the very best of my abilities. admittedly I am not happy with what I have done over the past two years or that my latest project will miss the deadline however in the projects I have worked on, there are good parts. I just need to see them and use them to my advantage. The more I've directed and written the better however I will just need to build on that throughout my years and keep improving my showreel until people just know who I am without one.  It's an ambitious goal  but it's kept me motivated the last few years and even before. 

Finished researching showreels for my own showreel.  They're so much better than mine but I have to take into consideration that this is my first showreel and im using projects done in college. hoping mines improve with the years to come. 

I'm currently putting together a showreel as part of my Graded Unit. I intend to post it on several websites and send it off to potential employers once I've finished it. I'm hoping I can get some of the drama I'm working on for my Directing Unit into my Showreel as it's my most current project which I am directing and writing.
