Nah, I don't watch it, though I've heard many good things about it and am considering watching it. People are always telling me I look like Sam Winchester so maybe it's a sign I should watch it? As far as ships go, my friends are diehard destiel shippers, so I'll go with that until I find out more about the show myself!
