          Does someone have an idea on how to show my father my boundaries he just doesn't understand them I tell him
          
          My room is my safe space please knock and wait for an answer before coming in,
          Please don't hug me it makes me uncomfortable,
          Please don't count about my weight it makes me feel suicidal
          
          And I have tried to kill myself but he just said that I'm useless and either should have killed myself or not have told anyone
          
          And when I tell him I'm uncomfortable with him walking around without pants and just with his underwear and a shirt he tells me it shouldn't matter but it makes me uncomfortable
          
          
          

Like am I the only one that's like y are u scared of that like either it kills you or it's not real win-win
