Chapter 13 is up! I’m finally at the point where I get to have the ball start rolling with the main plot line. I have so many threads I need to start connecting, but it’s time to ramp things up. I also have less than 2 months left of grad school!

Chapter 11 is out! I deliberated a lot while writing this chapter as to how far I wanted graphic violence and sexuality to be explored, and I decided to say screw it and went all the way so the book is now rated mature! My justification mostly fell into how much physicality plays a role in the characters I've written, so it did not make sense to shy away from it in a more ritualistic chapter.

Chapter 10 is up! I had a lot of fun writing the last several chapters. Writing is my escape from stressors. With the overlap of my grad program finishing up and my health issues, I spent a lot of time writing. I've been flying through making these chapters. I benefited a lot by originally writing out a skeleton plan for each chapter with a lot of dialogue or descriptors that would fit for how the story would go. Will the momentum keep up? Honestly, probably, especially with how the next two months look for me. The question is what will finish publishing first; this or my real deal research publication lol
For better or worse, I’m in the hospital, so that has given me plenty of time to write because there’s literally nothing else to do. It’s all being done on my phone, but I don’t think there’s any errors. Regardless, chapter 8 is up way earlier than I thought!
Update! I'm out of the hospital. This is the first time they are putting me on meds since the problem started last year, so fingers crossed they get it right on the first try!
