I love reading! I've always loved to read. I was a very introverted child so I would get lost in a book so I didn't have to worry about the things around me. Reading was an escape when I was younger but now I can't help but read. I love mystery novels, specifically Nancy Drew, Hardy Boys, and Mary Higgins Clark novels. My two favorite Mary Higgins Clark books are Daddy's Little Girl and Two Little Girls in Blue. I love in Mary Higgins Clark books when she changes perspectives like she did in Daddy's Little Girl. I love her style in writing. I have always read above my reading level. When I read Animal Farm in school I was one out of maybe three people other than the teacher who actually understood it. I like reading books that are hard to follow, especially mystery novels. I love making notes in my books and try to gather the facts and guess the ending. I usually can but I like it when I'm surprised every once in a while. My love for reading made me want to write. I first stated writing in the fifth grade when I first started trying to write. It was my first fail but I laugh every time I think of it. It was the cheesiest book but it was the first I attempted to write. I finished my first book last summer and it was inspired of me and my two friends and is probably some of my best finished work. I started on the second in the series not long after and I'm getting closer to finishing that one. I'm in the homestretch. I have the next seven books in that series planned out and I love every single idea. I keep a writing journal where I write my ideas and book theories. I love to read and I absolutely love to write.
