I have only written for myself.
Growing up, I never really had people I could look to for help and guidance, and my parents weren't all "there" sometimes. I would turn to art and writing to cope with myself, and if you're thinking 'oh it's another depression child who's just looking for attention' you're wrong. I'm not diagnosed with depression, though I know I will have some spurts of depression from time to time. I'm generally a happy person, and I don't really need attention to be happy. Of course, I like to get attention haha.
I'm a California kid, so when I wasn't writing or doing art or school work, I surfed with my friends. I had only surfed for a small period of time, but it helped clear my mind and gave me inspiration to create. When I moved to Ohio, I personally believe I made true friends there, friends that I know I will stay connected with for a long time. I owe a lot of gratitude to the one and only Charlie Fonner who I look up to with utmost respect. Also I owe much gratitude to Morgan Lee, who is on here somewhere *pans eyes around interwebs* She gave me the ability to start working on here and she is just an all around good friend and good person.
When I left Ohio, I started to really put pen to paper and begin writing. It hasn't been much but i came up with the idea of my first novel from watching some shows involving sorcery and also tying in the idea of the fraternal partnership that never breaks, thus introducing my first novel, Curse of Light.
Enough history though. I'm a very nice person and I don't bite. In fact, I really enjoy people's company and attention, so if you guys ever want to be a friend or pm me (okay I think I'm using that right) I'd love to hear from all of you, and please give me suggestions and critiques so I can boost my writing or give me ideas for things to happen in future chapters of the story. I have a personal life so I'm happy to make you all a part of it.
Go out there and make the world beautiful, i know you can!
