It says I had a 100 views on wattpad for my book. yet there is only a 27 next to the eye. help me please?

I hope you like the only chapter of my book so far. Trust me it will be a long book and there might be sequels. Make sure to read the book description, it will help. If you are reading the book not knowing the main character is a serial killer, you might get confused. Anyways, if you wanna leave me any comments or suggestions i will take those in mind.
