I did see your question and here are my thoughts.
A great twist by the way! Love it. I think as the divorce starts to unfold and all the manipulation that Ava has done comes to the surface, Claire is going to dig into her past and expose it all. I think that will be when the court hearings start. How far into the book is honestly a mystery because we have 54 more chapters with a two year time span. With that being said, in order for David’s redemption and starting to show up, Ava needs to fade out of the picture. So hopefully within the first third of the book if not sooner.

@BellaPNW I think Vivian will and try to get Ava to see the truth and that she was a part of this. Hopefully her therapist too. I agree that Jerome has to tread lightly and he has to figure out her game plan. He is a more experienced lawyer and once he knows just how he can handle her and what he can and cannot do, that will determine just how hard he will be. He may tell her that her reputation is at stake as well even though she gets to keep her job (for now). I don’t think he will coddle her and since he suspects that there is something more than just the affair and that maybe someone is out to destroy either David or the firm, he is going to have someone look into Ava. There are clues she has done this before, that may be ammunition he can use against her. However, I don’t think that will happen right away.

@nikbk1972 I’m honestly kinda hoping her sister puts her foot down with her and goes at her hard with the hard truths… brutal honesty. I have a hard time reading OW pov… it makes me want to kick things lol. I’m curious to see how Jerome handles it now that he’s aware of the situation. I mean… he didn’t pull any punches with David… so hopefully he’ll be just as brutal with Ava? But he also might need to tread carefully because he’s right, she could destroy their reputation quick fast and in a hurry.

@BellaPNW I think it was too. She’s a narcissist manipulator with a dose of psycho. I’m torn if I even want to hear her in the next chapter because she is so delusional in her thoughts at times. I hope there are some answers in her chapter and I hope Jerome puts her in her place somehow.

Hi! I'm so sorry for bothering you, but I'd be super happy if you could take a look at this story! ❤️
If you like books with magic school themes like Harry Potter or Wednesday, I think you might enjoy this too.
It's about Alya, who has just turned 18, noticing signs of becoming a wolf girl, and being invited to a magical academy by mysterious people from another world who want to guide her through this transformation.
I really hope you like it! Take care!
