Your edited version has me completely hooked so I was pretty devastated to realize that you didn't actually finish the BJA step father story.  Will you ever take it up again?

Okay, so I was nearly done and someone decided to spill their beer all over my laptop in the midst of a night of heavy drinking...
          University is a smart investment, so I've heard

RE WRITE UPDATE:
          I gave it a test run and accidentally re wrote 13 chapters... The story line is completely different now! In my opinion it's much better written and makes much more sense, although it does have a bit of a darker message/tone than the last one. It's a bit more mature and reads more like it wasn't written by an over excited fifteen year old Green Day fan girl. I think the story will be reduced to about 30 chapters but we shall see :) If I ever get around to uploading it, I will just go delete the ten(?) extra chapters and then edit the others by putting in the rewritten versions. 
          I'll put a little Auhtors Note at the start to explain the changes made.

Guess who's back?
          That's right, it's ya boi, back at it again with the writing and such.
          So I was re-reading the BJA fic the other day and whilst it gave me all of the feels and nostalgia, it also gave me mutliple cringe attacks at the bad grammar and spelling. I don't know who would benefit from it now but I just want to... GRAB it and shake it and just fix it, ya know? Some of the story arcs don't make sense and I went back on myself a lot and now that I've tidied up my writing skills after two years "studying" (binge drinking) at university. 
          I won't make any promises (because you know what I'm like with them) but a rewrite mayhaps? I'm still working on my own original stuff but I wouldn't mind at least making SOMETHING public for scrutiny. And who knows, maybe I'll rewrite that ending. Probably not though. I've changed but I still get off on the misery of Grace and Joey shippers. BUT MAYBE.
          Anyway, if there's anyone still out there that likes that idea, let me know. It'll be wonderful. 
          Hopefully this is my big comeback, like My Chemical Romance - oh wait, oh snap, suck on that MCR fans.

I have chapters stored up in drafts for that one, so I'm not sure. Seeing as all I have to do is take the story from Quizilla and put it here, I might keep writing it, if I take a Green Day mood. Unfortunately, they aren't just as frequent :(

So hey.
          I know a lot of you are waiting for an update for this sequel and I have to be honest... I don't think there's gonna be one. There's several reasons - one of which is that I have a new laptop and that means I have to start over again, which I'm not down with. Secondly, my efforts to get back into Green Day the same way I was back then, or the way I am with Arctic Monkey's now, didn't work. Thirdly, I'm working on other stuff. It takes a story I'm really into for me to put my heart and soul into it, like Grace's story. Unfortunately, the sequel is not that story right now.
          I understand if you're upset with me. I'm upset with myself but hey, that's life. I just couldn't rewrite the same bloody things over and over again. This decision isn't final but for the near or distant future, you may not see a lot of updates in regards to the sequel. I just felt like... a puppet on a string tracEY ISLAND TIME TRAVELLING DIAMOND CUTTING SHAPED HEARTACHES THEY COME TO FIND YA FOUR IN SOME VELVET MORNING YEARS TOO LATE

ya i kinda agree with greenday3 ur story is my favorite one on wattpad i have read it like 4 times and its amazing never gets old and im really excited for the bja pov book pls update ohh and i would love for you to make the bja book an actual noval and i could probly come up with more ideas for u msg asking what type if ideas ur looking for and i will msg back

hey i really like ur bja stories but it linda sucks how long ur waiting before updating luckily i got ur bja is my dad one when it was complete and when you said you where making one in billie joe point of view i was so exited but its taking so long for you to update. If u updated more often much more peaple would read your book. Im slowly losing interest in reading it. Please update
