          This is Isabel, Scarlet's niece. :)
          
          Izzy takes a drag from her cigarette, her hair over her face. She's slightly incoherent.. intoxication maybe? It doesn't matter though. There's a knife visible by her side, but could she really grab it at a moment's notice? No, not like this. 
          
          She could mistake pills for candy.
          Or even a gun for a plaything.
