If you make a year subscription on the 29th of February shouldn't it be until the next 29th? I mean all other year subscriptions last from one date until the exact same date a year later

Can someone explain parents to me? Please? 
          Cause my mom is weird. 
          
          Like my dad said we were gonna clean up so we could decorate for Christmas and my mom was at work. Well he was tired so he fell asleep and I picked up my brothers toys and got the couch straightened up and everything but I didn't vacuum or clean the carpet and now the whole thing is my fault. 
          
          "You said you were gonna clean so we could decorate today." Her 
          "I thought you said tomorrow." Me 
          "No, I said Thursday. It still isn't done though." Her
          
          My main thing is why is something my dad said we were gonna do, that he was gonna do, my fault that it didn't get done? 

I have power again, but my story Dani's STALKERS is still going to be on hold until my home is fixed. 

I hope everyone was safe during hurricane Idelia, even if you lost a house or supplies or anything like that at least you are alive. Please continue to be safe. I only have internet to post this because I'm using a Hotspot. My power is still out.
