So my first sleepover led to me being tramatized. Story: I went to my friends house for a sleepover and when we were heading to bed, and in her room, her dad opened the door to feed the dogs and one of the dogs bit his hand and wouldn't let go, we only heard his screams but I was tramatized af. Still haven't been to therapy since.
