I would start writing my prompt "My Husband In Law" tomorrow, someone said that I should write it. I possibly can just compile the whole chapters and post it little by little when I finish the whole fanfic. Secondly, I could update the chapters little by little without knowing when I will update yet. For me the first one is the best choice, because I am confident that I can finish the fanfic with 90+ chapters (planned/special chapters included) just month/s or weeks.
