THE START OF US - SCARLETT JOHANSSON x READER - UPDATE || 
          
          After almost a month away, I’m back! I got sick and honest to God, I thought I was gonna die. But today I sat down and decided I was gonna move along with this story. One of the reasons why it took so long for me to update (other than finals, responsibilities, a burnout and me getting sick) is because of the expectations that followed chapter 3. 
          
          I think I was so focused on giving you all what you wanted to see, that I kinda lost sight of the plot. I had to take a step back and remember that I’m the author and as much as I love and appreciate your ideas and suggestions (I really enjoy incorporating them in my stories when I see it fit), I am responsible for the direction of this story. Once I remembered this, I erased half of what I had written for chapter 4 and as a result I ended up writing over 7k words. 
          
          So instead of 1 chapter, y’all are getting 3. I just need to edit them and then I’m releasing them to you. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. Thank you to everyone who reached out to me on here, Tumblr and Twitter. Your kind words have meant everything to me.

Oh I hope you are feeling better. Thank you for writing this story. 
            I think (and that’s really my own opinion) that the author alone should put their ideas in it because they have a vision or direction they want the story to go.
            Can‘t wait for the updates, it‘s a great story :)

Forgot to update on here, but if you follow me on tumblr you probably saw this announcement already. For those who don’t:
          
          No updates/new content this week, and possibly not until April 6-7th at the earliest. The end of the semester is killing me and the responsibilities I’ve taken are becoming a lot. 
          
          I see your requests and I can’t wait to tackle them, but that won’t be right now :) I promise your patience will be rewarded.
