I'm Ben, I'm a college student studying Chemistry, Biology, English Language and Literature.

I play guitar, less often than I'd like to.

My favourite genres include, in no particular order;
History.
Science-fiction.
Fantasy.
Horror.
Gothic.
Thriller.
Crime related.
Military related.

I tend to write sporadically. There are times when I could write half a novel in a whole night, and other times when I only feel like writing a page a month. I'm also incredibly picky about what I write, if something feels wrong after I've re-read it. I usually end up deleting that kind of content and starting again with a new idea.
I also never plan stories or characters, they always appear in my mind while I'm writing them.

Inspirations:
George R.R. Martin - My personal favourite, primarily for his work in A Song of Ice and Fire.
Bernard Cornwell - Carries some incredible description and story manipulation, especially of real-world events.
H.P. Lovecraft - Amazing author.
Oliver Bowden - Not fantastic with vocabulary, but incredible at telling a story.
Andrzej Sapkowski - Fantastic at telling a unique style of story, go read the English translations of The Wiedźmin if you're into fantasy.
Many others, not related to literature, though.

I like most genres of music, ranging from metal to folk, and I have different phases to reflect that. Currently in my metal phase, listening to Protest the Hero, iwrestledabearonce, other related bands.
