Hope of Freedom placed first in a short story competition recently. I've just finished editing it so it's sharper in some areas, keeping to the 2000 word limit that the competition had and not altering anything about the plot.

Now over 50 votes on Side Split! Small victory but I'll take it. Also, after checking the word count on Side Split, it's over 40,000 words meaning it's passed the novella stage and is turning into an actual story slowly... still got loads to add as well. Hope you like how the story progesses!
