Serena Pree and Augusta Bentson became friends in their first semester of college after discovering one another's writing when the professor read them aloud in Composition 101. 

Their original ventures in collaborative storytelling  involved email and a very extended plot about two college-aged young women during the Depression. Later on, they developed a habit of frequenting truck-stop diners in the middle of the night, consuming copious amounts of coffee, and writing stories back and forth. Not quite the college carousing that most students enjoy!

AUGUSTA BENTSON (@augieben ) has written two science-fiction novels, UNDER THE RADAR and TARGET ON HER BACK, that are available online. She is currently working on the third story in the series, and has a fantasy story in progress on Wattpad called THE STONE BIER.

SERENA PREE (@serpree ) has written a novel, PIZZA GIRL, available online. She has also written two Wattpad novels: THE DRILL SERGEANT (suspense/horror), and DREAMSCORE (sci-fi).
