I'm out of town this week so there won't be a story posted this Friday.
HOWEVER.
I've got something fun coming the week after for you all. December 2nd I plan to post the first chapter of the novel I've been working on over the month of November! The planned title is simply 'Dreamer,' and it is a prologue to the stories you've already been reading, shedding some light on characters and things which have so far only been mentioned!
I'm excited to start posting these chapters, and you can expect about three weeks between each chapter being released as I edit finished chapters and add new ones which I didn't finish before the end of November.

Hello!
I don't have anything to publish today unfortunately, but there's a little story I'd like to polish up and publish for you all to enjoy on Friday the 18th! It's going to be a little teensy teaser story for a new project I'm going to be starting up after I've wrapped up 'The Roots Grow Into the Earth.'
Also, additional good news, but at the start of December I'm going to start publishing chapters from my NaNoWriMo project! Titled 'The Dreaming One,' the novel is a prologue to the events you've been reading in my short stories and novelettes, so you can learn why our world has descended into a fantastical urban nightmare of cosmic terrors. Depending on how NaNo goes that will likely have its first chapter published for your enjoyment on December 9th.

Holy moly folks, my short horror story 'the Wall' is now finished! This work of cosmic terror and psychological torment ended up being almost 8900 words long and went in directions I absolutely wasn't planning.
How did I write so much about a wall, you might ask? Well, to answer that you're just going to have to read it and find out!
