Bettina Buechel was born in 1968 in Austria.

She discovered her love for writing some years ago. The world of finance and its illustrious characters fascinated her so much, that the topic ultimately inspired her first novel.

Today she lives as a freelance author and "hobby vintner" with her husband on their small farm in South Australia.
