@Summerluv_mypassion Yess definitely. That's what my mom said because she's dealing with the same thing. I remember when he first moved out we texted and called everyday now I'm fortunate if I get even one text or call. I'm definitely learning to detach and focus on myself because me and my brother were really close. God and my mom is my best friends.

@Summerluv_mypassion In the US most Jobs that don't require a college diploma actually pay more than jobs that do require one. That's why I don't plan to go. I heard about a lot of people going into dept after college... I was working with a college diploma at my internship and was probably getting paid the same as the ones who did go to college.
@Summerluv_mypassion I had a job but it was a intership and they didn't hire me permanently. I was going to go to college for nutrition but it was wayyyy too much money and they don't get paid a lot

Today everything causes trauma, and someone unintentionally making someone else uncomfortable is literal violence. It pains me to see this world outlook becoming the norm with people, as the hyper sanitized waiting-room style conversation people are pushing on everyone destroys our humanity and interpersonal connection. It is precisely in those personal topics that strangers become friends, that people are humanized in each others eyes, etc. I get they’re coming at it from a good place, but the path to hell is paved with good intentions.
