Hi guys, so uh it happened again. Only His (New Version) was stolen and republished by someone else word for word. They have it under the same title "Only His" and I'm completely heartbroken. I need some advice if any of you are able to help me. I want to report it as a stolen story, but I also know that I don't have the copyright on the Vampire Diaries/The Originals content that is in the story (like characters, plot, etc.). If anyone else has been through this can you please tell me what you did? I have already messaged the person who is responsible for stealing my work but unlike the last time this happened, they still haven't taken their stolen version down. They published all 50 of my chapters on the 5th and 6th of July this year. Please don't send hate or anything to this person, I just need advice on how to handle it or if I can even report it given it's fanfic. The account name for this user is @mialauren55. It's the only story they have up. Again please don't send hate to them, I'm just looking for advice.

HELLO! I’m not dead lol and yes it’s 1:28am. 
          
          I want to update chapters and get back into writing on a daily-ish bases. I am working on some non-fanfic book ideas and that’s why I have ghosted Wattpad (and sadly Alex) for the most part. But I also know that I need to keep writing to get better at writing. 
          
          However, I am still short of an editor or beta-reader or someone who is willing to let me bounce ideas off of them like a sound board when I think the idea is too insane to work. So if you know anyone who knows The Vampire Diaries and The Originals - and Legacies I guess - well, and is willing to help me finish this series (because yes I have a plan on how to finish it), please let me know. 
          
          I would prefer they DM me on Wattpad so we can talk first, but if they haven’t read my books (THE NEW VERSION) first please have them do that. It’s kinda my only requirement so they know the character and everything I’ve done so far. 
          
          Anyways, hopefully I’ll see u guys soon with a new chapter.

Hello to all my lovely followers! 
          
          So…I know I haven’t published in a *clears throat* while, but good news! If all goes well a new chapter of “Losing Him (Only His: Book 4) *New Version*” will be publish next Monday or Friday. If it is not that means I got swapped with homework on the first week back to college. Either way I edited some things and wrote some things so I accomplished something lol.

Hi everyone the user Holliejewll7 basically stole my story. The new Version of Only His if your curious which one I’m talking about. It was last updated this year so I know I didn’t accidentally make the same story at the same time. It’s not word for word but there are too many similarities to ignore. The humor and some of the jokes are the same. Some of the plot point too. HELL she stole my 1920 telegram flashback chapter!!! I’m so angry but I also don’t know how to proceed in telling them this. If u have any advice on how to handle this, please contact me by private messaging me. 
          
          Also update: I plan to post some of the old Book 5 in the Only His series this week. Can’t promise anything or if it will be edited, but some of the chapters should be up. 

I’m not sure if they stole it or something but someone has a story just like yours and so similar and some parts are the same like when we turn into a wolf and wake up naked and Elijah hands us a jacket or when Stefan gets stabbed it’s just like your wording and their name is Holliejewll7
