are you all doing well?

gonna say this here because i think its been enough time: (tw for suicide)
          
          on the 23rd of last month i had attempted suicide during school. the night before i had had a severe breakdown and was still feeling the effects of it the next day so i guess thats what prompted it.. a teacher noticed afterwards and i was sent home but i couldnt tell anyone until the 26th when i had an already scheduled therapy appointment. they had to send me to the hospital then after because of the things i had said.
          
          am i okay? i dont really know. i dont really know why im even posting about this here. but either way i hope everyone else is safe and okay.
