          In chapter 10 of the truth and dare book, in the first line, Nico says that he is in love with Thalia. THAT IS NOT TRUE, because, in the couple of last books of heroes of Olympus, he confesses he is gay.

@Thistleheart1 Hello! Sorry for the late reply, I'm not very often on here anymore. Thank you for mentioning this.
            I wrote those books back in 2014, where I was a young 12 year old who didn't know much about anything outside of my schoolbooks. When Nico said he had a crush on Percy in HoH, it was very new to me and I honestly didn't understand it, especially since the word 'gay' had never been explicitly stated (that I recall). I had grown up in a sheltered community with no exposure to anything other than white, heterosexual couples. I know you're probably not looking for excuses, but honestly, I was writing for fun then, and just went with what I saw around me in media. I'm definitely older now and way more exposed to current matters, and after learning more, am a supporter of the LGBT+ community. I didn't mean any harm by it and I didn't know any better (and it was probably a reader's request for me to include that situation in the story). Thank you for reading this :)
