@NotHereEverMore As for rereading it, I hope you have fun going through it again. As for the cover. I actually though about using an AI cover at one point, but for some reason, I've really come around to the current cover. I'm not sure why, but I think I like how minimalist it is for such a gigantic story. To give a bit of context, we're not even half way through the story yet.

Also, just a thought, you might use AI to generate some cover art.

@NotHereEverMore Thanks for continuing to read, vote and comment! As for your thoughts, John and the girls' perspectives all go back to how they viewed their interactions with John in high school. Except for Laura since her and John's relationship started more or less at birth. There's a lot of regret around that time with him for them because of what they did and didn't do. As for Luke on the other hand... Wow what a minefield that'll be! Their perspectives are something that my readers can see since I'm writing this from 1st person viewpoints. In fact that's probably the biggest reason I chose to write it in 1st person. But just because the readers can see it, that doesn't mean the characters can, you know? And as for John's perspective on the girls right now, he feels like he's moved on from that time in his life and why wouldn't he? He's a married man now. And dealing with all of the problems that come with living in diablos. Having said that though, there's more than one reason why John became a Paladin. Having said that, I'm sure there'll come a time when he starts to think more about Laura, Lucy, Jaime and Ashley... Just maybe when he's not trying to create a major city from scratch or when he's not caught in a warzone fighting for his life, who's to say for sure? That's all I'll say for now about that. As for the Elves... Well... Pride and arrogance apparently go before a fall. I'll leave it at that for now as well. Again though, thank you for keeping up with the story and I hope you enjoy reading what's coming as much as I enjoy writing it!

@NotHereEverMore Thanks for sticking it with it man! Every time I see the 10 or so votes you give after reading a burst of chapters, it just shows me that people are enjoying it all! And I'm glad you're enjoying it, I'm enjoying the hell out of writing it! Believe it or not, John's 2nd confrontation with his former friends in Gaia was the 2nd or 3rd scene I ever thought up when I thought about writing this story. I'm not going to say when it happens mind you, but I'm sure you'll be able to see the indicators when I actually get to writing them. All of this to say, I'm hoping to blow your expectations out of the water when we finally get there! I hope you stick with me till then and beyond, since to be honest, we haven't even hit the half way point yet.
