I'm here as promised and read one of your books. I honestly don't see anything wrong with your writing. It's pretty good for someone just starting. It took me almost two years of writing everyday to have the kind of narrative flow that I have. It takes a lot of dedication to write. Don't worry about getting read or votes or getting popular instantly. The main thing is to write and write and polish your writing. The reward will reap itself before you know it. :)
