So, I encountered twisted blot on floor one, and apparently he’ll form in a random area of the floor he’s on for some amount of time (he’s stationary during this phase.), and he’ll attack anyone who goes within a certain radius of his area. After said time has past, he’ll sink into the floor and reemerge in a different part of the floor.
