Okay So I was at this Puja at my Relative's (my family dragged me with them)....
          	And there was A lady she was sitting at corner of house(apparently their new daughter-in-law)... So I asked someone "why is she not Sitting in Puja" and they Whispered  *she's on her periods* and I was like "So?" They said "She's on her period so she can't touch anything and can't sit there too" 
          	And I was like "what kind of rule is that?" And they said "Tum abhi chote ho samajh nai aayega ye sab" (you're a kid you won't understand this) 
          	
          	And I thought like dude wtf I'm an Atheist, don't want to sit in here but still you forced me to... But she wants to sit in this Puja but you won't let her sit? Just because she's on her period??

@Bitchbish123 Hi sis. This incident happened with me too but little different. So there was house warming program in my Nani's place and i got my period that day just before Puja. So my cousin and aunts told me not to sit in Puja, so i do as they said as i was just 12 yrs old that time. But then my mother scolded me for not sitting, then i tell her why i don't attend that so she said "who the heck tell you this nonsense. We don't follow that rules , it's natural process so don't ever do that" actually she also had her period that time and Since that day i stop following that rules at my place bcz in others you don't know how they'll react and all. Just from distance Namskar is ok.
