I realized I haven’t sat back and read since October of last year… that’s almost 8 months of not binging a normal novel. (I usually keep up with episode because it’s more interactive) And as a full on book nerd that used to live and breathe wattpad, for me, that’s really bad. 
          
          With my recent revelation I hope we all manage to find the time to do what we loved from the beginning.. So, to fellow authors that were avid readers first, I hope you can go back to your roots. Pick up a new, old, or half read story and dive into the magical world of your choosing! 
          
          May a great escape, creativity or just some good ole’ fashion enjoyment fill your days as summer approaches <3

8 days into my hiatus and I’m already struggling to stay away from writing… When I return there maybe something new waiting for you guys lol! I can’t help it :p I wanted a break to read and I have it… Now all I want to do is write— irconic and perfect huh?

Hey everyone, since my current project for the ONC26 has been finished, I will be taking a partial hiatus…
          
          I will continue to work on my River Falls universe. Building a base for the second novel installment but I will not be posting anything, regarding it, any time soon. As some of you may know Devil’s Obsession was never meant to be a long term project just a short story to further my craft and try a new technique. During my writing journey, I’ve stated a few times that— I had to keep writing. The inspiration felt endless and new. Something that’s rare for me and I sprung into action and maybe took it a bit for granted. Fear not though, I’m hoping to release Devil’s Angel, the first novella installment that follows directly where Devil’s Obsession left off, in a few months! 
          
          I’m so thankful for being able to share this with whoever finds my message! I know us authors have blocks all the time so, here’s my reminder to take that break, take that trip, take whatever you need to— in order to enjoy the process even when it’s difficult… We never appreciate the entirety of our work until it’s been polished and molded to fit our ideals. 
          
          I will be doing just that! Appreciating every step, every rewrite and every single mistake. I hope others do same!! Have a great day/night❤️
