           If u can't even think straight anymore in the middle of the day and ur head is clouded with 'thoughts' what do you do???

I don’t really know, I have depression and start to get foggy brain throughout the day. Usually I look for detractions or something to do. Or I just let my mind wander off into space and loose an hour of my day. I don’t know how fix it. ‍♀️
