I guess this one is a homage to Day of the Triffids ( which was heavily referenced in the opening scenes of both Danny Boyle's 28 Days Later... and AMC's The Walking Dead). I also tried to give it a little E.C. flavour. I don't know if it would make issue #4 of Tales from the Crypt, or even a lesser issue of Haunt of Fear, but I hope you enjoy it nonetheless.
