So I got some news on official heights of the Demons that were stated in the new Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba artbook that recently came out in Japan.
          
          1. Muzan - 5'10" | 165lbs
          2. Kokushibou - 6'2" | 205lbs
          3. Douma - 6'1" / 189 lbs
          4. Akaza - 5'8" / 163|bs
          5. Kaigaku - 5'5" / 151lbs
          6. Hantengu - 5'5" / 123lbs
          7. Gyokko - 4'1"-5'6" | 88lbs-176lbs
          8. Daki - unknown / unknown
          9. Enmu - 5'6" | 136lbs
          10. Rui - 4'5" / 66lbs
          11. Tamayo - 4'11" / 88lbs
          
          
          Side note: I did some research on Rui's height and unfortunately the average 9 year old in Japan in 4'5" so Rui was most likely at least 9 years old at the time that he was turned into a Demon by Muzan.
