Man, I've been inactive once again! But, I just wanted to shout out a big thanks for 47k reads/ 863 votes on Vigilante PAW, as well as 36k reads/600 votes on Marshall & Chase!

Even if I'm not as active nowadays, I'm still around to check in and to read every single one of the comments I've been getting on my stories. I'm still here (for the most part), and your support is greatly appreciated!

@BlazingPAW I want to just thank you for your masterpiece of a dramatic and engaging story bro. I loved Vigilante Paw that I could read the whole thing again so many times over and still feel the emotional and fun rollercoaster that it is when it was being developed! :)

So about vigilant paw, does it have a good amount of skase or ever shall moments in it or does it just have mentions of it?

Sp33dySam

Okay I like myself a good long book! Excited to read it :D

BlazingPAW

It does! However, unlike my previous story, both relationships develop a little slower because of the drastically longer plotline.

Is there going to be a sequel to vigilant paw?

Would love to see a sequel!

I’m not sure about a sequel. The story’s pretty well-rounded as a standalone

You were one of two main inspiration for me to do what I do here.

Whether that is a compliment or an insult not even I am sure of, but we'll go with compliment because of how much I legitimately enjoy your stuff.

I'm writing my own Marshall and Chase: On the Skase! Style story mainly because of you, and I wanted to thank you for the motivation and I inspiration to try this.

So thanks. Love your stuff. You probably won't even see this but whatever. You paw posted a little under a month ago so who knows.

          Sincerely,

Umm... Hey! I have been QUITE inactive since my completion of Vigilante PAW. I've got my reasons, I was just a little hesitant on explaining why.

Well, a lot of you might remember me talking about a reviewer on FF.net dragging my story over the coals. It was discouraging to hear, but, upon receiving a final review from the same reviewer talking about the last sections of my story, I realized that while this reviewer is pretty critical of my work, the points they made were still valid.

I ADORE Vigilante PAW, but I also found myself agreeing with a lot of the points they made, and realized there were a lot of inconsistences in the story, and with the themes I tried to convey. Why? Because this reviewer understood the theme completely, and was quick to tell me that I didn't exactly stick the landing on a lot of things involving it. And, well, they were right.

Back when I was still working on the story, I was doing my best to make something that the community could be proud of, and after getting those reviews, I was gutted. It hit hard, and I stopped posting my story on FF.Net for a while because I was scared of receiving more. But you can't really improve without criticism, right?

Getting through that final review was ROUGH. But at the end of the day, there was still encouragement to do better moving forward. Recommendations on what I could do. It wasn't mindless slander. It was genuine criticism with the intention of getting me to recognize my flaws, and I didn't really see that until recently. Guess I ended up getting the character development ^^'

But, I wouldn't be lying if I said it wasn't a heavy blow to my self esteem and perceived competence when making long narratives. Hell, the reviewer didn't even know I planned out the story in its entirety months before I posted chapter one. Which is the main reason I haven't returned with another story.

"Guest" was right, I can do better. I'd love to. But I'm admittedly scared to do it again. It could be a while.

@BlazingPAW .
Man your writing is some of the best fan fiction I've ever read. Literally highest quality stories on here. Please never stop. We all love you.

Quick question for anyone here that sees.

Say I had ideas for a fic about another popular childrens' cartoon. Should I make an entirely new account for that? Or just have all of my stories here?

(Before you ask, no, I'm not abandoning PAW Patrol. At least not for the time being. I've just been hit with a brick of inspiration.)

WillRed01

For the first question: I suggest that maybe you should try Thomas the Tank Engine for your next project.

And for the Second question: I honestly don't know, but I guess keep all your work here on this one.
