Accidentally got Ayaka ten pulls after Kazuha but thats not what the topic is today.
          	
          	So for Hydro, we have [Mona] [Kokomi] [Tartaglia] [Barbara] [Xingqiu]
          	
          	3 out of 5 are catalysts, and I finally figured out why. Water, is more difficult to mold and turn into a solid, which is why Barbara, Mona, and Kokomi and all catalysts.
          	
          	Childe is, well, Childe. He’s the strongest Harbinger combat-wise and is always looking for a way to improve his fighting skills. It makes sense that he could easily form solid weapons out of a liquid.
          	
          	As Xingqiu, I’d like to remind you that he is a prodigy in literally everything. However, this theory does explain why his cooldown is 21 seconds. Xingqiu’s not as powerful as Tartaglia, but strong enough to use a sword with a hydro vision. He’s less stubborn, and adapts to the vision instead of making the vision adapt to him.
          	
          	Also, Hydro is the healing element. So far, the only Hydro enemies are the Fatui Hydrogunner, which heals its comrades, the Hydro chanting little thing that also heals, the Abyss mage (does not heal), and some others. 
          	
          	Moving on to characters, we know the first Healer we get is Barbara, who has a Hydro vision. Xingqiu can heal with his water swords, and Kokomi has a healing thing too. I dont have Mona nor Childe, but I assume neither of them have healing abilities.
          	
          	Then, if you have 2 or more Hydro characters on your team, it actually gives you a healing bonus. More info will be provided in due time.

@Blehh_Meh ohhhh i see i see!! i think it also kind of explains how there aren't many hydro vision users as much as the others?? the qualifications of obtaining what kind of vision had always been a wonder to me, hopefully we can get more info as we progress into the story :"DD

@_polarized Haha lol, I have posted this somewhere else, and people have mentioned that maybe Xingqiu’s cooldown is so long because he doesn’t like using his vision (Xingqiu’s story quest) Also, someone did say this;
          	  
          	  This is my own theory here. Hydro units have a pure life style. What I mean is that they live to their own ideals irrespective of circumstance or change. Childe cares about fighting, and he lives to fight above all else. Mona is so deep into astrology that she doesn't give much thought to the material world. Xingxiu, despite being an intelligent scion of wealth, studies and lives by the sword. Barbra lives to raise other people up whether through medical support or emotional support.
          	  
          	  All 4 of them pretty much live and breath their craft.
          	  
          	  Which is reallyyy interesting if you ask me.
