            I love AY too, I was doing a rewrite on it but was privately focusing on TMAAYM instead (away from wattpad) because I felt like it needed more work, but I absolutely plan to do something with After You. I love all my characters and I want to see them all through. 
            I've considered a Malachy POV, but if I did, it wouldn't be a re-telling of book one, it would be a completely new book two following on from the events of book one. Or I might dual pov, I haven't decided yet. It's hard for me to get into two headspaces for both books at the same time cos their character voices are so different so I just focus on one at a time. I'll keep you posted

@SaintlyScarlet omg Scarlett! An OG with me back then lol, wtf it's been so long. Thank you, it's good to be back. I need to check back on all the stuff I've missed here, can't believe you're back on here as well! It's crazy, feels like so much has changed. But yeah, 2023 is the year this gets finished, I'm so excited cos I'm totally in love with it. I feel like it's now what it always should've been but I def needed the time to get it to this point. I'm so gassed x

@Gingernerd Oi Oi Ginger! After You is a definite cert to be completed. The easiest part with that one is I've always known how it was going to end, just didn't get round to finishing it. I gotta look through a very old usb stick for the bullet-point ending I wrote back then. It still holds up from what I can remember. 
            But I was reading AY back recently, just the original draft, and I realised how much work it *doesn't* need. I feel like there's more heart in the OG draft but better writing in the re-write. So since I felt it wouldn't need that much work I decided to focus on the one that really needed a rework and a little more attention (TMAAYM) and the rewrite has turned out amazing. Me and my long responses, but yes, there will be news on AY too. Much to look forward to!

Hi, great to hear from you! You’ll definitely see me snooping around your works. I’ll be keeping an eye out for when you get chapters added. So ecstatic that you’ve found inspiration again to continue it. Would have been such a shame for such a great work to be incomplete ( but totally understand creative blocks and LIFE complicating the best laid plans and intentions. But your creative talent is definitely a gift that some of us just don’t have - creative writing, OMG I shudder with horror at the thought of trying (had/have still, an allergic evasion to it since young School age).  But give me fabric, needle and thread or painting and drawing supplies and my creative juices flow, Haahaa!) May those inspirational juices continue to forever flow so you can share that extraordinary talent with the world. Best of luck!

            Yes, I still intend to finish it! I've actually finally figured things out about how to carry on with it after all this time. I love it so much that I've never stopped thinking about completing it. I've not moved to another platform so when the chapters of my stories get updated it will definitely be here. We are really waiting for an update, this book is really good and I feel you left us at a crucial point. We need to know what happens. 

Oh, and I told you guys (who asked) that First-Draft AY was still on here and I hadn't deleted it. See!! All intact! :D
            
            TMAAYM - for anyone reading about Dante and Ariel it's my No.1 focus right now. It was my first book on here and I'm currently in the process of revising it to its end so I can finish it. As I was revising it I ended up writing 5 new chapters in between so I replaced two (13 and 14) with the re-writes and uploaded 3 brand new ones (Stay, Fireline, and Mine).
            
            Any updates on all stories I will link in this thread and you can check back here for that.

@thaneya_dollie I just calculated I was 17 at the time and I'm 22 now, ha ha! It's still as good, if not better because now I've read it with more experiences in life than I've had before.

Wow you were a teen (maybe still are lol?), it's wonderful that you can read it with slightly older eyes and still think it's a decent read, sometimes ppl get older and read something back and go 'omg I can't believe I thought this was good!' ha! 
            
            I'm in love with it too, which is why I'm finishing it this year. I've drawn out a schedule and everything and if all goes right I should have finished it by September with updates leading to its end. I'm very excited because after years away I know exactly how it ends. I'm just re-editing it all the way up to the last chapter I posted on here (I'm at chap10 right now) and that helps me keep everything fresh while I write the coming chapters & ending. I'm itching to get to the updates but I have to work through what's already there first. So yes, absolutely, a continuation is definitely coming! Thank you for checking in, won't forget you!
