HELP- So um…my mom was in my room and saw my Heavens Official Blessings Book out, which I was reading. She asked about it and I was like “oh sh*t.” So I explained like the basic of the summary saying that the two characters become “friends”. Then she grabbed it and read the back and was like “you sure they don’t fall in love.” At this point I was panicking cause if my homophobic mom found out I read this stuff I was gonna be dead. So I lied again and said, “No, they don’t, I know the basic plot and they’re only friends.” (Good lying me)
Then she proceeded to flip through the book, almost to the glossary where it states that the book is BL. But luckily she stopped and turned to inspect the cover. I mean, they’re holding hands on the cover…not too suspicious. I could tell she was suspicious but she trusted me and just said goodnight. BUT GODDAMN WAS I CLOSE TO F*CKING DYING THAT NIGHT. LIKE IM HIDING THAT BOOK. ILL READ IT WHEN NO ONE IS IN MY ROOM. Anyways, that was the nightly story of me almost dying. Good night.
